We are Igor and Rana, the founders of Glue: two siblings who studied business together at the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro. Over a decade ago, life moved us apart—Igor went to Berlin to work in software, while Rana moved to Fort Lauderdale to run a cleaning company called NiceNClean. Glue finally brought us back together.
Small and growing service businesses usually have to choose between software that is too complex and expensive, or too basic to run a real company—often forcing owners to patch together multiple different tools just to cover their whole operation. To fix that, we built one unified platform to handle scheduling, field teams, customers, billing, and payments, and opened it up to every service business.
AI also has a frustrating problem at work: you have to copy-paste your data into a chat and re-explain your business in every single prompt. Glue connects AI directly to the full picture of your company, so the right context is already there when you ask.
In the sections below, you will find more details about how Glue works.
Everything shares the same records, so a job, its invoice, its photos and its payment are always connected.
Jobs repeat by any rule: every few weeks or months, chosen weekdays, the second Tuesday. Glue generates them about a month ahead.
Workers run their day from the phone: On my way, Start, Finish, up to 30 photos per job, days off. Supervisors rate finished jobs from 1 to 5 stars.
Customers log in to see their jobs, calendar, places and bills, accept or reject estimates, and pay.
Every job gets an invoice. Bills group invoices per customer, go out as PDFs, and overdue reminders follow on their own.
Stripe Connect pays straight to your bank account. Saved cards, tips and refunds are built in.
Send from your own address, read your inboxes inside Glue, and text customers when the team is on the way or done.
The Brain runs on Claude, by Anthropic. It works through dozens of tools that read and write the same data you see: customers, jobs, workers, bills, payments, email and routes.
AI Tools turn a request in plain words into an automation that runs on its own. No code, no developer.
Write it in chat, like 'every Monday, list the bills that are more than a week late'.
The request becomes a recipe: a list of steps that runs the same way every time. AI is used only where a step needs judgment.
Run it with a button, or every hour, day, week or month. Any change to your data waits for a manager's approval.
What protects your account, your records, your customers' payments and your visit to this website.
The model behind the Brain and AI Tools.
Card payments, payouts to your bank and refunds.
The web app, the same on a desktop and on a phone.
The server and the GraphQL API behind every screen.
The database behind every company's records.
Native Android and iPhone apps from the same code, with push notifications and the camera.
Glue is one app to run a small service company: jobs and schedule, field teams, a customer portal, billing and card payments. It comes with an AI assistant, the Brain, that already knows your company.
Any company that sends people to do work at a customer's place: cleaning, landscaping, pool care, maintenance, home care and similar. It started inside NiceNClean, a cleaning company in South Florida, and is built for the US first.
Nothing to start and no monthly fee. Glue keeps about 1% of each customer payment made through the app, and you pay for the AI you use. New companies get $10 of AI on us.
No. The Brain lives inside Glue, so it already sees your jobs, workers, customers and bills. You ask a question and it answers from your real data.
No. Every change waits for your OK, and charging a card, sending a bill or messaging a customer asks every single time.
Yes. You set your brand, your email address and who sees what. AI Tools turns a request in plain words into an automation, and anything it can't do yet goes straight to the Glue team.
By card, through Stripe. Payments go straight to your bank account, and you see who paid and who didn't in Glue.
Yes, in any browser today. Android and iPhone apps are coming soon, so your team can run their day from their phones.
Each company's data is kept apart on the server, passwords are hashed, stored secrets are encrypted, and the database is backed up every hour. Card numbers never touch Glue.
NiceNClean, a cleaning company in South Florida. As of October 2026 it has run 900+ jobs on Glue since September 2025, now about 80 a month, across 89 properties. Its Turno bookings arrive in Glue on their own, so Rana no longer has to open Turno, and she estimates Glue saves her about 30 hours a week.
